Vigna del Brillo Montefalco Grechetto D.O.C.
Pure Grechetto produced with cryo methodthat allows better extraction of aromatic substances. Fundamental is also the temperature control during fermentation at 15°C for 20/25 days. For such reason this wine is pleasantly fruity and floral. It can be served with any kind of seafood, pasta, white meat and medium-aged cheeses.
Serve at 10/12°C.

Straw yellow, very fruity and delicately floral on the nose, it tastes slightly sweet and velvety with an aftertaste reminiscent of bitter almonds
Goes very well with starters and classic fish dishes
