Scialo Moscato dell’Umbria I.G.T. Passito

50.00

This special “passito” in limited production is made from white muscat grapes harvested at the end of August and left on
racks for about 2 months. It is then separated from the bunch and gently pressed to obtain this Dionysus’ nectar, a long life elixir! Golden yellow colour, intense and very persistent scent with citrus and apricot notes. Its taste is captivating, balanced and very persistent. It perfectly suits blue cheese and foie
gras. Serve at 14°C.
