Pure Grechetto produced with cryomethod that allows better extraction of aromatic substances.

Fundamental is also the temperature control during the fermentation at 15°C for 20/25 days.

Wine characterized by a straw yellow colour with golden reflections, pleasantly fruity and floral. It can be served with any kind of seafood, pasta, white meat and medium-aged cheeses.

Serve at 10/12°C.
