GOCCIO UMBRIA BIANCO IGT
Another wine that represents “Umbria” in its true essence. It ferments in steel at 15°c. for about 20/25 days then it matures in steel for about 4 months. After the bottling it refines for another three months before being sold.
It pairs well with appetizers and pasta with fish.
