Bianco IGT Umbria, another wine that represents “Umbria” in its true essence,
it ferments in steel at 16°c. for about 20 days, it matures in steel for about 4 months and it is bottled in February where it refines for another three months before being sold.
It pairs well with appetizers and pasta with fish.
